Mohima Begum is a Paralegal at Polaris Law with a Bachelor’s Degree in LLB Law and Spanish from Westminster University. With extensive legal experience in Immigration Law and Civil Litigation, Mohima is based in both the High Wycombe branch and the London office whereby her work remains under the supervision and care of solicitor, Zulfiqar Rahman.

In Mohima’s daily tasks and case load, she predominantly assists in Asylum and Humanitarian protection claims upholding tasks such as providing legal advice, liaising with clients and preparing witness statements on behalf of them. On top of this Mohima also practices other areas of law such as Civil Litigation and Family Law.

Mohima has successfully upturned complex decisions made by the Home Office, and assisted in a majority of appeals for a handful of clients who sought legal protection from the persecution inflicted by their home country.

There is always a high standard and professionalism reflected in Mohima’s work and she is currently working towards a Level 1 Accreditation in Immigration and Asylum.
